Returns and Refunds

All orders become final upon payment. Please make your selections carefully, as all our pieces are made to order. We do not offer refunds for changes of mind or incorrect decisions. Refunds and exchanges are not provided.


Change of Mind


You should note that your full payment (including any deposit) is non-refundable

should you not want the Artwork unless the Artwork does not fulfil its technical



To cancel an order you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellation requests for online orders or written purchase orders are not accepted unless the purchased item is confirmed to be defective. Even in the event of a defective item, we do not accept returns for any used or installed artworks unless installation is necessary to confirm the defect.

Ceramic Artwork Finish 

Refunds or exchanges are not accepted for dissatisfaction with clay, glaze, color, specks, or imperfections. Our products are handmade and may have unique imperfections. Pieces are sold "as is" and may contain flaws.


Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an exchange of your order.

International Returns

Maap Studio does not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please take care if a customs declaration form is required, to correctly mark the goods as a 'Returned Item'. This will ensure that no additional customs fees are incurred. In the instance that an item is incorrectly marked and a customs fee is incurred, this may be passed onto the customer. This may also delay the returns process.If you are at all uncertain about how to correctly fill in the customs form, then please speak with the relevant customs or post department before returning the item. There are certain situations where refunds are accepted at the discretion of Maap Studio

Damages Policy

Should a piece arrive damaged, cracked, or chipped, kindly contact us within 24 hours with images of the box. Damages or shortages will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We do not cover return costs, and if a return is agreed upon, you must return the goods in their original condition and packaging to our studio. Should damage occur during transit due to inadequate packaging, all associated costs will be your responsibility, and payment must be fulfilled within 48 hours of notification. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
