SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our shipment and delivery operations are carried out between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. 

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Artworks are made to order and have a lead time of 4-12 weeks. For larger projects and custom interiors, individual lead times will be estimated. Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You can expect an email within 4-8 weeks to notify you that your order is on the way.

LOCAL PICK-UP

If you are in Liverpool and prefer to pick up your order at our studio instead of having it shipped, please contact us. Once your order is packed and ready, we will inform you when it is available for pick-up at 42 Charles Road, Hoylake, CH47 2DH, UK.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping costs are estimated based on the value of your order. Small, medium, and large orders in the US will be delivered via UPS, and internationally via DHL or UPS. Costs will be calculated based on price and distance during checkout. Please note that for the delivery of large items to remote areas, we may need to obtain a separate quote. In such cases, a member of our customer service team will contact you directly.

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

Shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your country's customs office for information about specific duties and taxes. By law, we are required to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter the value of your invoice or receipt. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs checks at the destination country. Please familiarize yourself with your country's local import processes for receiving international deliveries.

RETURNS, CHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS

ORDER TRACKING DETAILS

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

LOSS OR DAMAGE

If there are any faults with your purchase upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours. If damages occur, please take pictures of the box from all 6 sides before opening, while unpacking, and of the final product. All shipments are insured, but visual documentation is required to initiate the claim process if needed. We and our freight partners accept no liability for any loss or damage if you authorize the courier to leave your order with a third party or if it is left unattended at a location of your choice.

ADDITIONAL COSTS

We reserve the right to charge additional costs for unusual access that was not advised in writing. If your delivery site is not ready to accept the shipment (parcels or pallets) on the agreed-upon date, we also reserve the right to charge additional costs. Failure to provide appropriate instructions, documents, licenses, or authorizations for the delivery to be completed may result in additional invoiced costs.
