Cultivar I Sculptural Porcelain Installation

A sculptural porcelain wall installation composed of individually formed elements arranged as a modular spatial composition. Designed to adapt to scale, layout, and architectural context, the work combines clustered forms, directional movement, and open spatial intervals to establish rhythm, balance, and material contrast across the wall surface. The installation combines matte and glazed porcelain elements in a darker mineral palette of deep cobalt blues, pale greys, soft off-whites, and metallic gold lustre accents, creating subtle shifts in reflection and depth under changing light conditions. Each element is individually formed and high-fired, resulting in natural variations in form and surface that contribute to the distinct character of every installation. Cultivar I explores repetition, dispersion, and spatial tension through distributed forms that operate simultaneously as individual objects and as part of a larger compositional system. Each element is mounted using concealed fittings, allowing for precise placement across the wall.
