No work may be reproduced, cast, manufactured, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Unauthorised use constitutes intellectual property infringement and may result in legal action.
Terms of Service
Use of Site
Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. The site may not be used for unlawful purposes or in violation of intellectual property rights.
Products & Orders
All works are made to order and subject to availability.
Descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice.
Orders are accepted upon confirmation and may be declined at our discretion.
International Orders
Orders are supplied under DAP (Delivered at Place) unless otherwise agreed.
Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance.
Liability
All works are sold as is.
MAAP Studio is not liable for indirect loss, consequential damage, or issues arising from misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.
Installation Responsibility
All works must be installed using fixings appropriate to the wall type and environment.
MAAP Studio is not responsible for damage, loss, or injury resulting from:
- improper installation
- inadequate or unsuitable fixings
- unsuitable wall surfaces or structural conditions
Professional installation is recommended for larger or multi-element works.

All works are made to order.

Shipping

Responsibility transfers to the customer once goods leave the studio.

Returns & Refunds
Made-to-Order Works
All works are made to order and are non-refundable unless defective.
Damaged Items
Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting images of both the item and packaging.
Claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
Returns
Where returns are accepted:
- return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
- items must be returned in original condition and packaging
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.
