Constellation I Sculptural Porcelain Installation

A sculptural porcelain wall installation composed of 14 individually formed elements arranged as a suspended spatial composition. Developed as a modular system, the work explores rhythm, distance, reflection, and negative space through a constellation-like arrangement that shifts with light and viewpoint. Each element is hand-formed in translucent porcelain and finished with 24 ct gold and platinum lustre, creating subtle variations in tone, depth, and surface reflection. Differences in scale, spacing, and orientation establish a balance between precision and irregularity, allowing the composition to feel both structured and atmospheric. Each element is individually high-fired and mounted using concealed fittings, resulting in a distinct installation with slight natural variations in form and finish.
