Shipping Policy

Business Hours and Delivery Operations:

Our shipment and delivery operations are carried out between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order Processing Times:

  • Artworks are made to order and typically have a lead time of 2-12 weeks. For larger projects and custom interiors, individual lead times will be estimated.

  • Orders received after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

  • A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • You will receive an email within 4-8 weeks to notify you that your order is on the way.

Local Pick-Up:

If you are in Cheshire and prefer to pick up your order at our studio instead of having it shipped, please contact us. Once your order is packed and ready, we will notify you when it is available for pick-up at our studio at:

Shipping Methods:

  • Shipping costs are estimated based on the value of your order. All orders, both domestic and international, will be shipped via UPS.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the value of your order and delivery location during checkout.

  • For deliveries to remote areas or large items, additional shipping quotes may be necessary. In such cases, a member of our customer service team will contact you directly.

Delivery to the EU:

  • All deliveries to the EU are carried out under Incoterms EXW (Ex Works) or DAP (Delivered at Place).

  • Under DAP, the buyer is responsible for taxes and local charges, including shipping and delivery fees.

Import Duties and Taxes:

  • Shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter the invoice or receipt value.

  • We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs checks at the destination country. Please consult your country's customs office for specific duties, taxes, and import regulations.

Insurance and Liability:

  • Additional Insurance: Insurance is not included with standard shipping and must be requested separately. An additional fee applies. If you would like this extra protection, please contact us to arrange coverage through our shipping partner, DHL.

  • Liability: We are not responsible for any loss or damage to goods if you authorize the courier to leave your order with a third party or leave the goods unattended at a location of your choice. We also do not accept responsibility for damages or losses caused during customs inspections or delays.

Communication and Tracking:

  • Customers will be regularly updated about the status of their shipment throughout the entire process.

  • All shipments require a telephone number and email address to ensure prompt and smooth delivery.

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. You can track the progress of your shipment directly with  UPS using the provided tracking number.

EIN Business Number for Shipments Above $2500 (U.S. Shipments Only):

  • For shipments with a total value exceeding USD 2500 to the U.S., it is highly recommended to provide your EIN (Employer Identification Number). This will help ensure faster processing through U.S. customs and avoid potential delays.

  • Customs Duty Estimate: We can estimate the customs duties for your shipment upon request. Please contact us prior to shipping if you would like an estimate.

Shipping to the Middle East:

  • For shipments to the Middle East, we can provide a Certificate of Origin and a Chamber of Commerce accredited invoice to facilitate the import process. Please note that this service will incur an additional charge.

  • If you require these documents, please inform us at the time of placing the order, and we will arrange the necessary documentation for you.

EXW Shipments (Proof of Export):

  • For shipments under EXW (Ex Works) Incoterms, the buyer is responsible for the transportation of goods from our studio.

  • Proof of Export: If your order is shipped under EXW, you must provide proof of export within three months of collecting the goods from our studio. Failure to provide this documentation may result in additional charges or complications with the transaction.

Packaging and Crating:

  • All shipments are carried in protective boxes with an additional layer of protection to ensure an economical and safe delivery service.

  • Crating can be arranged upon request for items that require extra protection or a more robust shipping solution. Please note that crating will incur an additional fee, which will be calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the shipment.

Returns Due to Lack of Communication with Customs or Shipping Provider:

  • If a shipment is returned to our studio due to the customer’s failure to communicate with customs or the shipping provider, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping costs incurred.

  • The customer will also need to make arrangements for the reshipment of the order at their own cost.

Returns, Changes, and Cancellations:

  • Please review our Return Policy for details regarding returns, changes, and cancellations.

Loss or Damage Upon Delivery:

  • If there are any issues with your purchase upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • In the case of damage, please take photographs of the box from all six sides, the unpacking process, and the damaged product.

  • All shipments are insured, but visual documentation is required to initiate the claim process with the carrier.

Additional Costs:

  • We reserve the right to charge additional costs for deliveries requiring unusual access not advised in advance.

  • If the delivery site is not ready to accept the shipment on the agreed date, we reserve the right to charge additional fees.

  • Failure to provide the necessary instructions, documents, licenses, or authorizations for the delivery may result in extra invoiced costs.
